ESA-announce Call for applications: RUBEN/CEAR workshop on the behavioural econometrics of risk and time preference
The Research Unit in Behavioural Economics and Neuroeconomics (RUBEN) and the Center for the Economic Analysis of Risk (CEAR) are presenting a 5-day workshop at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, from 28 January – 2 February 2013. The workshop focusses on the behavioural econometrics of risk and time preference and will be presented by Prof. Glenn Harrison, Prof. Morten Lau and Prof. Elisabet Rutstrom. The training is intended for an interdisciplinary participant group and applications are welcomed from all individuals who study risk and/or time preference. Applicants must be registered postgraduate students, post-doctoral fellows or faculty members at African academic or research institutions. The deadline for applications is 31 July 2012.
