Call for Papers – Submit a Proposal

Proposals for paper presentations, workshops, or colloquia are invited for the Sixth Global Studies Conference, to be held 5-7 September 2013 in New Delhi, India. We welcome proposals from a variety of disciplines and perspectives that will contribute to the conference discourse. We also encourage faculty and students to jointly submit proposals or panel discussions/colloquia.

The deadline for Early Submissions to the conference Call for Papers (a title and short abstract) is 28 January 2013. Please note, registration must be paid in full by 5 March 2013 to receive the Early Registration discount. Submit your proposal here. New Delhi & Globalization

Entering its sixth year, the Global Studies Conference meets annually to discuss the dynamics of globalization in today’s world. The Global Studies Conference serves as an open forum for exploring globalization from many perspectives. As the center of one of the emerging BRICS economies, New Delhi is a relevant and ideal location to discuss India’s role in globalization.

The Global Studies Journal is devoted to mapping and interpreting new trends and patterns in globalization. This journal attempts to do so from many points of view, from many locations in the world, and in a wide-angle kaleidoscopic fashion.
