ESA-announce Position at Claremont Graduate University: Associate or Full Professor of Economics

The Department of Economics at Claremont Graduate University invites applications for a tenured Associate or Full Professor in Economics starting July 1, 2013. Claremont Graduate University is located 32 miles from downtown Los Angeles and is part of the Claremont Consortium which includes Pomona, Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, Scripps, and Pitzer Colleges, and Keck Graduate Institute.

Qualifications:
D87 Neuroeconomics
D03 Behavioral Economics
The successful candidate will have an exceptional publication record. Candidates will teach two graduate classes per semester. We are interested in candidates who have research broadly in applied microeconomics that uses, or can use, laboratory experiments, field experiments, behavioral economics models, and/or neuroeconomics methods. The ability to contribute to building Claremont’s graduate program, a track record of funded research, a cross-disciplinary perspective, and the ability to work with a diverse group of students are important.

The application deadline is November 30, 2012. Send a letter of application, vita, up to three research papers, statement of teaching philosophy, and three letters of recommendation to speadmin.
