1 Assistant Professorship, 1 Post Doc position (University of Munich)
Applications are invited for two full time positions at the Department of Economics of the University of Munich.
The positions are associated with the Seminar of Behavioral and Experimental Economics (Martin Kocher) (http://www.experimentalforschung.vwl.uni-muenchen.de/index.html). The salary scheme for both positions is according to the German public service scale (TV-L E13). The Assistant Professorship offers an initial two-year contract with an extension option. The Post Doc position is initially financed for one year; an extension could be possible.
Applicants are expected to conduct own research and to participate in joint research. The teaching load is 5 nominal teaching hours per week for 30 weeks per year.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. or doctorate in economics or in a related field or should already have handed in their thesis. Proficiency in English is a prerequisite. We are particularly looking for somebody who has an excellent research record in game theory, experimental economics and/or behavioral economics.
