This is a call for papers for the Birmingham Ph.D Decision Making Workshop (2015) which will take place at the University of Birmingham (UK) on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th October 2015.
This two day workshop seeks to bring together Ph.D students using experimental methods to better understand human decision making processes and their potential policy impact. The conference will feature a number of keynote presentations by distinguished academics and a plenary panel discussion featuring both academics and non-academics focusing on how such research can inform and influence policy. As such, it should be of interest to Ph.D students studying experimental/behavioural economics, psychology and neuroscience.
Confirmed keynote speakers for the event;
Professor Arno Riedl (Maastricht University)
Professor Graham Loomes (University of Warwick)
We welcome submissions from Ph.D students in any field, in particular economics, psychology and neuroscience, using experimental methodology to study human decision making processes. The deadline for application is Friday 17th July 2015.
