Lancaster University is located about 3 miles south of Lancaster. Therefore, we would encourage you to book your accommodation on campus, where you can choose between the Lancaster House Hotel (a 4* hotel) or the Campus Bed & Breakfast. If you prefer to stay in the city, we would recommend the Toll House Inn (since it is located on the bus routes that link the city with the university).
