this is just a brief reminder that the registration for the Experimetrics course in Portsmouth ends today:

Workshop 2 (10-12 Jul) Experimetrics, Statistical Methods for Experimental Data

will be delivered by Prof Peter Moffat.

Outline:

1. Treatment tests and power analysis

2. Theory testing (in the context of e.g. auction experiments)

3. Dealing with discreteness in experimental data

4. Dealing with heterogeneity: Finite Mixture Models

5. Estimation of Social Preference Models

A detailed description can be found here.

This is an 18-hour intensive course scheduled for three full-day sessions.
The course fees are £300.
The registration deadline for this workshop is 26th June 2018 (register here).

we will be hosting three short courses/workshops at the University of Portsmouth this Summer.
While these are intended mainly for Portsmouth staff and students, we have a limited number of
places available for external participants. There will be a course fee that covers the participation as well
