The above 2-day annual international gathering intends to  bring together  academics and  researchers from all over the world to  exchange and share their knowledge, experiences and research results about all broad areas of  Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economic, Management and  Marketing, Business Law, Business Ethics, Business Educations and e-business. People without papers can also participate in this conference. This conference is organised by American Research and Publication International, USA and World Business Institute, Australia and sponsored by nine international peer reviewed journals. In addition to mainstream session in English language, there will be special session for papers written in Spanish language.

 

Submission and Review Guidelines:

 

Please email to papsconfo@gmail.com by 20 August  2012 a copy of a completed Paper or an abstract which will undergo a double blind peer review process and outcome of the review will be announced within 2 weeks after receipt of the paper. Review process will determine the quality and suitability of the paper for conference.

The cover page should include the affiliation, address, phone and email of each author and the appropriate JEL classifications. There is an option that the participant can serve  as a discussant of a paper of his/her own area of interest and certificate will be issued to such participant.

You are also welcome to volunteer toparticipate as discussants, session chairs, reviewers and members of theprogram committee. You are invited to attend the conference, even if you choose not to present a paper.

GRETA Associati (Venice, Italy) and Intesa Sanpaolo (Milan, Italy) are co-sponsors of a Conference to be held in Venice on September 29-30, 2011. The objective of the Conference is to bring together academics, practitioners and PhD students working in the area of risk management. The conference will provide an opportunity for participants engaged in research at the forefront of this area to discuss both the causes and implications of recent events in financial markets and may, in turn, suggest fruitful directions for future research. The Conference, organised under the auspices of the Department of Economics of the University Ca Foscari of Venice, ABI – Italian Banking Association and the European Investment Bank is the tenth of a series dedicated to various aspects of credit risk.

The organizers encourage submissions of papers on any topic within the overall theme of the conference and in the following areas in particular:

  • Systemic risk: How to measure it, how to limit it;
  • Banking and insurance: Capital requirements and risk management after the crisis;
  • Financial information: the role of ratings agencies, Pillar 3 (Basel III and Solvency II), stress testing.

Registration fees are:

Early registration Late registration
(within August 10th) (from August 11st on)

Academics: 250 Euro (+ VAT 20%) 300 Euro (+ VAT 20%)
Practitioners: 800 Euro (+ VAT 20%) 1000 Euro (+ VAT 20%)
PhD Students*: 80 Euro (+ VAT 20%) 130 Euro (+ VAT 20%)

For participants presenting a paper there are no fees.
*Students will have to provide valid proof of their student status.

The registration fees cover:
– Admission to all scientific sessions
– Lunches and coffee service during the meeting
– Conference package

The registration fees do not fully cover the conference dinner on Thursday, September 29 for which there is a charge of 80 Euro for each attending person (participants as well as accompanying persons).
