「導入IFRS對金融業稅務申報之影響」研討會
實施要點
2010.10.26
一、 舉辦目的
按營利事業之會計事項，應參照商業會計法、商業會計處理準則及財務會計準則公報等據實記載，以產生其財務報表。至辦理所得稅結算申報時，其帳載事項與所得稅法及相關法令之規定不符者，應於申報書內自行調整之。
目前金管會公佈之第一階段適用IFRS之上市櫃公司(含金融業,不含信用合作社,信用卡公司,保險經紀人及代理人)應自2013年開始依IFRS編製財務報表，由於財務報表係採兩年度表達，是以上市櫃公司自2012年1月1日開帳數即必需依據IFRS編製。
有鑑於縮小財、稅會計差異為財稅主管機關努力之目標，而公司導入IFRS後，財稅機關在既定之政策下，究應如何因應此變革，應為外界所期待；金融業於導入IFRS後，為依循新的稅務法令規定以正確計算其課稅損益，財稅主管機關似責無旁貸應儘速公佈因應作法。金融業為因應此變革並瞭解將來稅務申報上之影響，爰由本會以公正第三人立場邀集產、官、學界專家共同溝通研討，以收集思廣益並供財政部制訂相關稅務法令之參考。

Please consider to contribute and encourage your colleagues and team members to submit a paper/abstract to The 9th International Conference on Education and Information Systems, Technologies and Applications: EISTA 2011 (www.2011iiisconferences.org/eista), to be held in Orlando, Florida, USA, on July 19th – July 22nd, 2011
The submission (and invited sessions proposals) deadline is October 20th, 2010.
Deadlines for author notifications and camera ready can be found at the conference web page, where possible extensions or new deadlines will be announced.
Technical keynote speakers will be selected from early submissions because this selection requires an additional evaluation according to the quality of the paper, assessed by its reviewers, the authors’ CV and the paper’s topic.
Submissions for Face-to-Face or for Virtual Participation are both accepted. Both kinds of submissions will have the same reviewing process and the accepted papers will be included in the same proceedings.
All Submitted papers/abstracts will go through three reviewing processes: (1) double-blind (at least three reviewers), (2) non-blind, and (3) participative peer reviews. These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those papers/abstracts that will be accepted for their presentation at the conference, as well as those to be selected for their publication in JSCI Journal.
Pre-Conference and Post-conference Virtual sessions (via electronic forums) will be held for each session included in the conference program, so that sessions papers can be read before the conference, and authors presenting at the same session can interact during one week before and after the conference. Authors can also participate in peer-to-peer reviewing in virtual sessions.
Authors of accepted papers who registered in the conference can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their papers/abstracts, so they can accordingly improve the final version of their papers. Non-registered authors will not have access to the reviews of their respective submissions.
Registration fees of an effective invited session organizer will be waived according to the policy described in the web page (click on ‘Invited Session’, then on ‘Benefits for the Organizers of Invited Sessions’), where you can get information about the ten benefits for an invited session organizer. Authors of the best 10%-20% of the papers presented at the conference (included those virtually presented) will be invited to adapt their papers for their publication in the Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics.

2010第六屆企業國際化理論與實務研討會
一、舉辦目的
隨著前五屆企業國際化理論與實務研討會的豐碩的成果，對國內產、官、學界提出寶貴建言與未來發展，本系再次舉辦第六屆企業國際化理論與實務研討會，藉以提升我國大專校院國際競爭力。
本次研討會希望將台灣企業在國際化的潮流中面對國際金融危機、科技變革的腳步與全球貿易及投資障礙崩解的趨勢，透過專家與學者之研究與發表，彼此切磋學習，將其研究成果提出分享，以瞭解台灣企業國際化之模式與因應策略，並加強產、學之間的合作與交流，建立彼此之共識，並昂首企盼藉助此研討會交流，使台灣企業在國際市場上佔有一席之地，藉以提升我國大專校院國際競爭力。

民國99年11月19日（星期五）。
三、舉辦地點
長榮大學（台南縣歸仁鄉長榮路一段396號）。

全國各大專校院師生、企業人士、政府相關單位及相關研究專家學者。
五、研討會主題
本研討會以台灣企業國際化之相關理論與實務論文為主，包括下列主題：
國際企業管理、國際行銷管理、國際人力資源管理、國際財務管理、國際進入策略、國際商務溝通、國際貿易實務、國際貿易法規、全球化與經濟策略、產業發展策略、WTO議題、國際經濟議題、資訊管理與企業電子化、全球運籌管理、其他有關企業管理之相關議題（包括企業倫理、人力資源管理、行銷管理、財務管理、生產管理、服務業管理、知識管理、創新管理、科技管理等）。
六、研討會投稿與審查：
1. 請於民國99年10月15日前將論文全文以E-mail(ib)方式將論文全文檔案寄至主辦單位。
2. 主辦單位針對投稿主題進行審查，審查結果將於民國99年10月18日前以E-mail方式通知。
3. 論文全文以A4紙張由左至右繕打，不得超過15頁，以Word2003軟體製作，並附服務或就讀單位、職稱、通訊地址、聯絡電話、手機、傳真、E-mail。(請使用下頁表格)
4. 論文格式請參照長榮大學學報撰寫格式之說明。本研討會將採匿名審查，每篇論文交由2位學者專家審查，並依審查結果決定論文接受與否。
5. 註冊繳費：本研討會註冊費為每篇論文500元，費用含午餐費、論文審查費與光碟費等。

本會議為「計總體經濟計量模型研討會」系列之 2010 年會議。會議中將特別邀請到刁錦寰院士、黃鍔院士、以及U.S. Census Bureau的兩位季節調整方法專家Dr. David F. Findley 和Dr. Brian C. Monsell，進行專題演講。
